The view from my window

Hello, dear students. When I got up this morning, I put up my window blind and saw a magnificent snowed landscape that cheered me up to some extent. It's not the first time that I find that view from my window, but today it was special. It was special because we are all going through very difficult moments and it made me think about how wonderful life is, nevertheless. I could think of all the beautiful things we'll be able to enjoy in the near future, I hope, and you came to my mind; I remembered you all and felt that I really miss you and I'd like to be with you soon. So I decided that it would be a good idea to share that little part of my life with you, to cheer you up, too, and that perhaps you´d like to do the same. This is the outcome of my proposal so far, a way of keeping you connected somehow, a way of wishing you all the best. Thank you for being out there . This is my view

And these are yours:

Miriam

When I stand up in the morning and put up the shutters, I can see different important places in my village, Puerto de Vega. In front of my window, you can see the Casino, where you can watch a great performance of theater or hear songs of maritime tradition. On the right hand, the Church, important place to celebrate weddings or baptisms if you are christian. Another place is a little museum about traditional fishing tools and the job of sailors, but I can only see its ceiling. I recommend you visit my little village and eat in some of  his restaurants where you can taste local fish and spend a good time.

Hi everyone, this photo has been taken from my flat, in Almuña (Luarca). There are no special things in this part of the village. However, I have chosen this moment (08:00 PM) because all of us are in our balcony in order to clap the doctors, nurses, the police, Civil Guard… everyone who is taking care of us these days so complicated. It doesn’t matter the weather in that case. They deserve it.

 Cheer up! Stay home!

Óscar

Good morning. This is the landscape I can see when I get up. It is not the best day.  The photo is from the city center of  Luarca. In the foreground is Padre Galo school while in the background is one of the hills which is surrounding the village.
If I could see the sea it would be better, but definitely I like my view.
See you soon

Miguel

 Hi everybody from Luarca.

Good morning, now I'm working and this is the view that can be seen from my office. I think it can be good weather today.
Greetings to everybody, I hope you are all well, so I wish to see you soon

Good morning everyone, this can be seen from my window; it is The Concha of Artedo, I wish you a good saying: That each day is better than the last one

These are the views from my window in San Juan de la Arena. The day is very cold and cloudy, but as I live near  the beach, there isn’t snow in the heights.

Encouragement and patience everyone with this complicated situation.
I hope to see you soon.

Hi, everybody,

These are de views from my house in Oviedo. The sun is shining although it´s very cold. When I woke up there was snow on the cars but it´s already melted.

I hope to see you soon and I hope you are well.

Kisses

Elena

These are the cats that live on the porch of my house. They are three and were born this last summer. They do not enter the house but they are always waiting for their breakfast and dinner time.

Hello guys. This is the view from the window of my living room in Luarca. In case someone does not know Luarca, in the foreground we can see "El Río Negro  and in the background the railway bridge.
Much encouragement to you all. See you soon.

Carolina

Hi everyone!

This is the view from my window in Luarca, much better than the one I have in Gijón.
Although it seems winter today you can see the cherry blossom. Spring is coming and we,ll enjoy it soon and not only through the window pane!
By the way, “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. I,ve got plenty of them. Does anybody know another lemon recipe?

Stay home. Stay safe. Save lives.

See you soon,

Love
