Christmas Story, Andrea Fernández, 2nd Intermediate

This story is about one child called Daniel who was very impatient. Daniel lived with his parents in a small house. It was the night at which Santa Claus had to deliver presents to all the children in the world. This day Daniel was very nervous and impatient because he wanted his presents. This afternoon he and his parents celebrated Christmas like every years in the living-room near the Christmas tree. When the meal finished Daniel´s mother ordered him to go to bed. Daniel didn´t want to sleep and he waited until his parents were sleeping. Then he got up from bed and he went to the living-room to wait for Santa Claus. When Santa arrived, saw him and Santa was angry and he didn´t want to give him his presents. They talked for a long time. Santa told him that he shouldn´t be so impatient and he explained to him why. Santa looked at his watch and he saw it was too late and he made a deal with Daniel. The deal was that if Daniel helped him to deliver the presents, Santa then would give him his presents. Daniel accepted and they went away to deliver the presents. They were very happy because all the presents had been distributed in time. Santa gave his presents to Daniel and then he left. Suddenly, Daniel woke up because he heard a noise and he realized it had been a dream.
